ACLS Original Course

The ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. This advanced course highlights the importance of team dynamics and communication, systems of care, and immediate post-cardiac arrest care. ACLS also covers airway management and related pharmacology.

Complete Part 1 online via the Internet, print the completion certificate and bring it with you on the day of the course. PRE TEST: A pre test should be taken atleast a week before coming in for the advance course. This is only a recommendation. But the passing score and your golden ticket is 85%. Please print out or email us all 2-4 pages with the completed pre test. If you have any questions please let us know.

The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course, which teaches participants critical skills and knowledge needed to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrives. This course also teaches adult, children and infant CPR and the use of an AED. We will also go over choking for all ages as well. The course is based on the 2015 American Heart Association Guidelines for CPR and ECC.

Pet CPR and First Aid

Pet First Aid from the American Safety & Health Institute is a class that is intended for anyone that is interested in caring for their pet during an emergency.

The class is intended for dog and cat lovers with little to no pet first aid experience. This class is fun and informative for teens and adults with plenty of individual Instructor time. Students will learn in a classroom environment and have the opportunity to practice various hands on skills with CPR mannequins.

In the CPR portion of the class Casper, our CPR dog mannequin allows you to learn how to do effective chest compressions and rescue breathing and how to locate a pulse on your pet. For the First Aid portion penny lets you practice bandaging and other first aid techniques on her.

The class is scheduled in sections and has about 5 to 6 hours of instruction including practical skills. Students will also get information to take home to help them prepare for an emergency or a disaster for their dog or cat.
